At Waterside Acres, we aim to provide an unforgettable experience that doesn’t break your budget. Our pricing is straightforward, all-inclusive, and designed to provide everything you need for your special day.

Wedding Venue Rental

Monday – Friday: $2,500

Saturday – Sunday: $3,000

What’s Included

Your rental fee includes everything you need to create a beautiful and comfortable setting for your special day. Here’s what your package includes:

  1. Use of our 17-acre picturesque property from 8 AM to 8 PM on your special day. That’s 12 full hours to celebrate, cherish and make lifelong memories!
  2. Chairs for your ceremony. We ensure that every one of your guests has a comfortable seat from which to witness your vows. (150 seat maximum)
  3. Tables and chairs for your reception. As the festivities move from ceremony to celebration, we’ve got you covered with seating and tables for your guests (max 150) to dine and converse.
  4. An elegant archway for your ceremony. This is where you’ll exchange vows and create that picture-perfect moment that you and your loved ones will remember forever.
  5. Setup and takedown. Don’t worry about the logistics—we take care of setting up before your event and taking everything down afterwards. We want you to focus on what matters most: your special day.

What’s Not Included

As you plan your event, we want to ensure you are aware of the amenities we provide and what you may need to arrange separately. We believe in transparent communication, and we’re here to answer any questions you may have.

Amenities Not Available On-Site:

  1. Changing Rooms: We currently do not have dedicated indoor facilities for changing attire. Please arrive ready for your event, or make suitable arrangements for a place to change off-site.
  2. Enclosed Locations: Our venue is purely outdoors, and there are no enclosed structures for shelter. We recommend considering weather-appropriate arrangements, such as renting a tent if desired.
  3. Running Water: At this time, you will not have access to running water on the property. We suggest providing bottled water for drinking purposes and for any catering needs.
  4. Refrigeration: There are no fridges or freezers on-site. If your event requires refrigeration for food or drinks, please plan accordingly with your caterer or consider portable cooling solutions.

Available On-Site:

  1. Restrooms: For the comfort of your guests, we provide clean, well-maintained porta potties on the property.
  2. Electricity: There is limited electricity available on the property via extension cords. While this may be sufficient for certain small electrical needs, we recommend you evaluate your power requirements and plan accordingly.

We understand that these limitations may present unique challenges, but we believe that they are part of the charm of our outdoor venue. Celebrating in the heart of nature offers a chance to enjoy the day in its purest form.
